SEPA Legislation Passes, Deadline Set for 2014Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) legislation passed the European Parliament last week, enabling Europeans to make cross-border payments with common standards, faster settlement and simplified processing. The SEPA migration deadline is set for February 1, 2014.
