Jim Leech
President & Chief Executive Officer, Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan

As head of the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, Jim Leech oversees the management of the pension fund and the administration of pensions for 289,000 plan members in Ontario. Under Mr. Leech's leadership, Teachers' Private Capital became one of the world's leading private equity investors. Before joining Teachers', Mr. Leech was president and CEO of Unicorp Canada Corporation, one of Canada's first public merchant banks, and Union Energy Inc., then one of North America's largest integrated energy and pipeline companies. He graduated from the Royal Military College of Canada with a B.Sc. (Honours Math and Physics) and holds an MBA from Queen's University. Mr. Leech also chairs the advisory board of the Queen's School of Business and participates on the advisory board for The Learning Partnership, the advisory council for the Toronto Board of Trade and the Toronto Financial Services Leadership Council.

Warren Jestin
Senior Vice President & Chief Economist, Scotiabank

Dr. Jestin is Scotiabank's Chief Economist and has been with the Bank since 1979. He also has worked at the Bank of Canada and taught at several Canadian universities. Dr. Jestin is on advisory boards for the University of Guelph Heritage Fund and the Sobey School of Business at St. Mary's University. He has served on the C.D. Howe Institute's Monetary Policy Council and has been involved with policy committees of the Canadian and Ontario Chambers of Commerce and the Toronto Board of Trade. Dr. Jestin also is on the Board of Markham-Stouffville Hospital. As Chair of Scotiabank's Sponsorship and Donations Committee, Dr. Jestin works closely with a wide variety of charitable institutions.

Andrew Oland
President & Chief Executive Officer, Moosehead Breweries Limited

Andrew Oland is President of Moosehead Breweries Limited, the last major brewery in the country still owned by Canadians. He is the sixth generation member of his family to lead the Oland brewing business started by his great-great-great grandmother Susannah Oland in 1867. As President of Moosehead, Mr. Oland has direct responsibility for the performance of the company and its subsidiary operations. Mr. Oland is also active in the community and is currently a board member of the Atlantic Institute for Market Studies (AIMS). He has a wide-range of concerns and interests outside of the brewing industry. Mr. Oland received his business degree in 1989 from Old Dominion University in Norfolk Virginia, and his MBA from Harvard Business School in 1997.

Pat Quinn
Former Head Coach, Team Canada Hockey
Former Head Coach and General Manager, Toronto Maple Leafs

Pat Quinn was Head Coach of Team Canada's gold medal-winning World Cup of Hockey team in September of 2004 and Team Canada's Men's Hockey team at the 2002 Salt Lake City Winter Olympics. It was Canada's first Olympic gold medal in Men's Hockey since 1952. His success behind the bench also earned him the Head Coach position for the 2006 Olympic Games in Torino, Italy.

Mr. Quinn completed six seasons with the Toronto Maple Leafs as Head Coach and also was the team's General Manager for four of those seasons from 1999 - 2003. During his tenure, the Maple Leafs advanced at least as far as the second round of the National Hockey Playoffs five times and the Eastern Conference Final on two occasions and was ranked first in all-time winning percentage among Leaf Head Coaches with a .591 winning percentage.
